Google Chrome Trick: Pin Tabs

Google Chrome Pin Tabs

My web browser of choice has been Google Chrome for the past year or so.  Just this past week I found out how to “Pin” tabs as shown in the screenshot above.  It essentially minimizes the width of any tab to the size of the favicon and saves those pinned tabs everytime you start the browser.

For me, I usually use 5-10 websites 90% of the time.  Being able to “Pin” tabs to your browser is great because it saves space so you can have a lot more tabs open at one time, while still being able to reference your “main” sites.  It’s also really convenient because you no longer have to reopen your “main” sites every time you go back on the internet.
